DESIGNATION ISO 1874-PA12,MHR,16-090,CF20 RILSAN Rigid grade with carbon fiber filler (20%) for injection moulding. Available color : black. High strength-to-weight ratio. Very low shrinkage: include 0,5% on average for the design of the mold. High dimensionnal stability (low moisture absorption). Antistatic properties. Example applications : Parts with high mechanical properties and dimensionnal precision.

Notice text : RILSAN is delivered in sealed bags and is
: ready for use.
: Every opened bag of RILSAN which has not been
: used within two hours must, as a precaution, be
: re-dried.
: Drying conditions are 4 h at 80-90 °C in a
: forced-air oven.
PROCESSING
Melt temperature : 230 - 280 °C
