 Available colours : natural or black (BUM 30 NOIR)
 Additive free.

 Outstanding isotropic properties.
 High compressive strength.
 Low and homogeneous shrinkage : include 0,5% on average for 
 the design of the mold.
 High dimensionnal stability (low moisture absorption).

 Water potable contact approval WRC - BS 6920
 UL classification : UL94 HB  RTI(C) 65/65/65

 Example applications : Mechanical parts with high dimensionnal
 precision.

Injection molding

PREPROCESSING

Max water content: < 0.1  %

Notice text      :      RILSAN is delivered in sealed bags and is
                 :      ready for use.

                 :      Every opened bag of RILSAN which has not been
                 :      used within two hours must, as a precaution, be
                 :      re-dried.
                  
                 :      Drying conditions are 4 h at 80-90 °C in a
                 :      forced-air oven.

PROCESSING

Melt temperature : 230 - 280 °C
