DESIGNATION ISO 1874- PA11,MHLF,12-020,MD RILSAN PA11 : produced from a renewable source Polyvalent rigid grade for injection molding and sheathing of cables. Available colour : natural. Flame retardant agent, halogen free. Fire-resistant. Easy to be processed for injection moulding and sheathing of cables. Low shrinkage for molding : include 1% on average for the mold design. UL classification : UL94 V0 (3mm) RTI(C) 65/65/65 Example applications : Electrical cables, all pieces with fireproofing required.

PREPROCESSING
Max water content: < 0.1 %
Notice text : RILSAN is delivered in sealed bags and is
: ready for use.
: Every opened bag of RILSAN which has not been
: used within two hours must, as a precaution, be
: re-dried.
: Drying conditions are 4 h at 80-90 °C in a
: forced-air oven.
PROCESSING
Melt temperature : 200 - 250 °C
