Unreinforced and modified polyamide 66, UV and thermal stabilized with excellent impact resistance, for injection moulding.
TECHNYL® A 258P1 BLACK 2N offers excellent impact resistance properties at ambient and low temperature and special low rigidity.
This grade is commonly used for fasteners, cable ties and dowels.
This product is available in black.

Injection molding
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. In the case that the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried to a final moisture content less than 0.2% with a dehumidified air drying equipment at approx. 80°C.
Recommended moulding conditions:
-Barrel temperatures:
feed zone 260-270°C
compression zone 270-275 °C
front zone 275-280 °C
-Mould temperatures: 50°C
